Our concepts and strategies allow for a number of investment options:

We are mainly forming strategic partnerships and adding new sites, as well as development and hosting locations and capacities under joint ownership ventures.
Therefore, most third party investments usually consist of know-how, hardware, office facilities and infrastructure, etc.
While our current business plan focuses on the ASEAN and Austral-Asia regions, we are actively seeking potential partners for our expansion into Mainland China, India, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Eyrope, as well as Latin America
Our corporate structure also permits two types of asset and capital investments by either acquiring shares in our new umbrella organization, U.S.-registered, CyberFrontier Corp. or by investing into project or territory specific assets or equity partnership arrangements.
We are happy to offer qualified corporations and individuals three different types of investment facilities:
  • EQUITY INVESTMENTS
    Equity investors typically purchase shares in one of our regional member companies or in the U.S. corporation, which, in turn, invests all funds raised in this way into our regional projects and/or web sites, hosting and infrastructure, training facilities, etc.
  • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
    We form partnerships with existing IT businesses, if the locality and facilities of same businesses do fit into our expansion plans and do not present a conflict of interest with existing partnerships, franchises and/or regional websites owned or operated by CyberFrontier U2Networks and/or our other partners.
  • REGIONAL FRANCHISES
    Individuals or corporations that are located in countries that are not included in our short and medium term strategic planning, are welcome to use our concepts, technologies and expertise in form of a franchise concept, where CyberFrontier U2Networks helps the franchisee in all respects of e-business planning, technology and know-how transfer and ongoing management and technology consulting.
    Under this concept, the Franchisee is responsible for setting up their own operation, using our concepts and expertise. In return CyberFrontier U2Networks acquires 10-25% of equity in the new venture.
